I purchased a steam game key on their website, went to the Autokey section to receive my key and was directed to the verification system. No matter what telephone number I entered (E.164 format or local country) it never worked and I never received a code. I raised a ticket and heard nothing, I then tried phoning them from the UK (not cheap) and left them a voicemail. Got an automated email today saying I have not yet collected my key.... I have replied to that email asking for help.
So far, not a great service.
