Key does not work within Microsoft product. Was told to activate via phone. After entering details via phone receive message stating that this is not a genuine Microsoft product and she can not activate it. Emailed tech support 4 times. Each time was told to do something I had already done. Tech support requires setup of a login and password. Waste of $, likely to receive a pirated code and then no actual support. Advise purchasing from another vendor.
