On 26th February I tried to get a refund for a game because it wouldn't work in my region. This is despite the game being marked as GLOBAL.
Since then, they have dragged my refund request asking MULTIPLE times to provide screenshots of my account's region (i have no clue why if the game is GLOBAL). 3 months and still no refund. Waiting a couple more days and escalating this with my bank.
