I have ordered before and now that I have an issue I can’t reach anyone, it says I need to verify my purchase and that an email to do so was sent, which it never was not in my spam or anything. Can’t tech them they say they respond within two hours, it’s been 3. After this I’m taking my business else where which I’m sure they don’t care, can’t refund because the status of the order, all I did was literally re order a game pass ultimate which I’ve never had any issues before, so I don’t get it but clearly the system they use to take care of this stuff is trash. Don’t know why they would need to verify on my 3rd purchase but whatever I’m sure they do this all the time to rip mfs off for their money. I’ll come update this as they respond if they do.
