Niether was key released within the alloted time, nor was I contacted within the alloted time. I had to wait 4 days to get a reply from this company. The reply simply telling me to cancel the original order and re-order. No explanation as to why order status is showing as being in stock when it is not. Do not expect a reply to your enquiry in a hurry. Not the worst Company I have dealt with but certainly not the best either
