The MS Office key I bought from CJS was already activated by its legal owner.
This was not a 'New and unused' key as claimed on their website.
The only support offered was a generic email instructing me to follow the instructions. I actually already know how to install a program onto my computer and do not normally need to use 'workarounds' and 'hacks' to get things working.
