Paid for a Pre-order of Diablo IV Standard Edition well in due time for the release date which was the 6th June, there was a message in red on the Auto key page when you attempt to collect it that you'll recieve the key by or on the 6th of June. I was not acknowledged at the time or before that there was a fulfilment issue which isn't my job to do neither should I have to chase up why I didn't recieve my item, I for one have been told to leave it for up to 12 hours which in my eyes working in the customer service sector, that doesn't bode well neither does it give me much confidence as a customer. I feel undervalued and quite frankly I will not be placing any further Pre-orders with CJS CD Keys I will be going elsewhere as this has put me off the website almost in that regard of securing a Pre-order while being able to access said key on the release date at the earliest convenience. I tried to collect it about midnight and therefore after half an hour to a full hour almost then being told to wait almost 12 hours at the worry that I may have just wasted my money. Appalling customer service I was expecting quick responses not whenever that individual felt it was necessary to do so! You can't do this in-person so why do it when you are hiding behind a screen? The price was good but delivery? Appalling. You need sort out the communication with between support team and customers and re-look at the whole system as it'd out-dated clearly. Cd Keys don't have this issue.
