Purchased a CD key for a game that said it was "completely region free.. you can activate the key from anywhere in the world. There are absolutely no region locks." Tried the key 5 min after purchasing and it's region locked to EU. Doesn't work in USA. Website said it worked and region free, it didn't work. False promises, misleading information, whatever you want to call it - I asked for a refund, since it didn't work. They have a no refund policy. They said maybe they could refund after someone else purchased the CD key and it worked for them. Not a joke. You have to wait until someone else buys your CD key and activates it before they will even consider a refund. And they will fight the refund forever. It's been 20 days and I'm still fighting for a refund. I've contacted them 6+ times asking for a refund. They refuse to help. Stay away from this company - they have very poor customer service that takes forever to get back to you. They lie and misrepresent on the website.
