Brought the wrong thing made a ticket which took 3 days to reply overal took 7 days to get refund but not bk to my bank just credit, upon ordering again email stated order was ready to collect via autokey but upon trying to collect it no code was present only processing this was at 10.15pm now have sent 3 emails from 6.30am no reply no code no nothing not the best customer services if customers have to wait for them to pull there finger out and get it sorted..
