The customer service is the slowest I've ever seen. I must through an anti fraud check. I'd card date and time on a letter, photo send & after 20 hours nothing! I've paid nearly 50 bucks for Diablo 4 and I don't ha e my key yet, 20 hours!
20 hours in which you have my money, but I don't have my game. The telephone number creates only a new support ticket, no one called me back yet. The support tickets are not processed at all, it seems to me. I'm really angry
