Their customer service team are absolute time wasters, if the key they have provider is invalid. Basically, you have the prove you haven't tried to rip them off.... you'd really think they would have a better system in place by this time. One of the worst customer services experiences I have had for a long time. Good luck! I will not be using them ever again!
