The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased a key for a vintage game, as it was unavailable anywhere else at the time. However, I received a key for the remake, which I already possessed. Despite their assurance of contacting the supplier, it's been four months of unfulfilled promises and constant excuses.
