To be honest, it wasn't the smoothest experience compared to competitors such as cdkeys (not cjs CD keys).
There were no issues with redeeming the key.
However, I paid using cryptocurrency, and it took a few (stress-filled) days for autokey to detect my payment. I had opened a support ticket as well, giving all the details. The one on the other end of the support ticket went completely silent for a few days, and e-mailed me back to let me know that the issue had been resolved.
