They will not refund you if they issue you an invalid product key. They will just give you the run around asking you to contact the product manufacturer to verify details that they won't discuss with you as you did not do business with them. They provide generic/wrong information that does not even apply to the product that they sold you. When the key works great, when it dosen't you are just out the money.
