Had some issues retrieving my key and had to send a few emails but got there in the end. Not sure it was worth saving me a fiver all told due to the time it took to sort out. Customer service was good to resolve the problem but rather than the 2/3 hrs it took closer to 20. Perhaps I was just unlucky. Got the key and it’s working.
