Purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription 06/09/2023. Code did not work. Says already deactivated and I’m still awaiting a refund. I’ve purchased a subscription through Microsoft now as I need this for my job. And opened a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. This should have been refunded the instant the cd key I paid for was invalid. Still awaiting a response. Still awaiting a response or a refund
