Purchasing a Windows Key was fine.
I did purchase a mystery key, which was supposed to be the value of between £19.99 and £59.99. The actual value of the product I got was £.044p.
I have contacted support, and the initial response was quick. However, I have not heard from them since.
I would say it's poor customer service, and don't purchase the mystery key.
