Received a faulty code 6 weeks ago, been promised a replacement for the last 4 weeks still nothing to show for it. Keep being told their is a technical issue their end in receiving the code. Would be okay if it hadn't been going on for 2 and a half weeks. Not sure I'll ever see a refund, so now seeking advice to take this higher.
