Purchased EA FC Ultimate Edition. It said (when collecting key) That the key would appear anytime upto the relase date, and it stated the 22nd September. On the 22nd of September the message changed to "Thanks for your order! Your key will appear here on the release of the game automatically. We will email you as soon as the key is ready. Thanks for your patience" There are a massive amount of people in the same boat, and there has been no corrospondence from the company whatsover. No statements put out, and Customer service doesn't seem to replying to anyone. I understand things happen, and issues sometimes can't be helped, but a company should let people know what is going on. Any good company would
