I ordered a game key on the 8th of November. The product description said it would work globally with no regional restrictions. When I tried to unlock the key the platform rejected it saying I was in the wrong region. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days. I received an initial email asking for screenshots which I provided and then they ghosted me. I have gone to PayPal and filed a claim. Buyer Beware with this company.
