24 hours of buying a key off them, still haven't had any reply from the company. Purchased another key to be safe in case it wasn't a server side error, and then the other key is region locked. Help team is utterly atrocious, would not recommend buying keys due to the company's inability to respond to emails.
Furthermore, there needs to be declarations in the buying of keys to state potential region locking, as you're handing a key over without any form of warning.
