Order 3327683 I purchased Star Wars Battle Front on Saturday 2nd December and wasn't able to access my key as it says Decrypted CD Key. I emailed the company and even though I provided a screenshot showing I couldn't access my key they said I had collected the autokey. I have emailed them several times which they have ignored, so I raised a new ticket to which they replied and said I would be put to the back of the que as I already had a ticket open, I would be contacted within 12 hours. yet I contacted them 48 hours ago and still didn't reply. I usually buy off CDKEYS which is a really good company, I am now going to have to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Customer Service is rubbish and obviously a rip-off company!!
