Refusing to refund me.
It’s been 3 days, I requested a refund on the basis I did not want to provide ID + residency contract etc.
I requested a refund immediately and they have not responded to any requests in days. They took my money and refused to refund me, I am currently working on a refund via PayPal. I would not recommend buying from them, they literally scammed me.
