I bought a key for destiny 2 witchqueen bundle, about 3 months later steam removed the key from my library as it was purchased through "fraudulent means" i have been trying to get my refund for 6 months now i keep getting emails saying we guess the issue is resolved now and they class it as "solved" so i need to reply saying it is not resolved. The customer service is awful, if i could give it a lower score i would.
