Terrible provider. I had bought keys from them before and they worked. But everything works until it doesn't... I bought the Hunt: Showdown "Collector's Edition" for Steam in November 2023 and they had only included DLCs up to July 2021 (which they had not specified in the product description), so it was missing 27 DLCs! Then they refused to give me a refund and told me to take it up with Steam! Their argument being that for such a low price I should have known they could not possibly include all the DLCs! And that there was another more expensive version (that I should somehow have known about) that does include all the DLCs. So they refused to issue a refund even though their customer service representative had initially assured me as follows: "Thanks for your patience and rest assured that you will receive either a fully working replacement key or a full refund :)" I escalated the case to Paypal, I have no tolerance for scammers.
