The code wasn't available to collect the day I ordered it. Which wasn't any use to me because I wanted to enjoy it on my day off. Instead of refunding like I asked they kept putting me off and asking the same questions until they were able to sort it out a couple of days later.
I'd already bought it somewhere else by then, but given how they ignored 3 refund requests I'd given up and tried somewhere else already. So I gave the extra code to a mate.
Won't use them again
