The Premium Pass for Battlefield 1 had the name EN in the title, but it will not work in the UK. I tried getting a response from them through their portal and was relieved when I got a reply within just a few minutes, telling me to go through their Support Centre to allow for a refund to be processed. However, there were not pointers on when to go from there. When I asked for help I did not receive any reply on my ticket for over 24 hours. I decided to raise a new ticket with the same issue, and I got a reply within 10 minutes stating I should not create new tickets for the same problem and I should reply to my original ticket. Which I did. And no one responded to. The customer service of this company is not brilliant. If you are able to make a successful purchase I am sure they will be fine and probably do a decent job of getting you the keys you need. If something goes wrong, you may as well go through PayPal for a refund. They also claim 24/7 customer support - this is a lie. They claim that you shouldn't go through PayPal as their claims centre will refund you within an hour - also a lie.
