Bought a 6 month ultimate pass. They sent be two 3 month passes, one of which didn't work. Tried several times to get a refund and/or a replacement. Jumped through all their hoops with proof, but never got resolved. Too much hassle. Give people what they buy from you, shouldn't be difficult. Lost a customer.
