Suggests that when I order a VPN activated key, I simply change my VPN to the country that the region is locked to, did that and told that my account is registered in a different country than the purchase region. NO WHERE does it suggest that your account has to be in the region that it is locked to (nor did it tell me what region it would be, therefore how on earth would I know if it would work with my account?!). If I can only purchase games in the region my account is in, why would I ever need a VPN to change the region to activate it? No possibility of a refund as I have collected the key even though it says they are all guaranteed to work. I followed all instructions and it hasn't worked, so what is the guarantee for exactly? I just don't understand who this would benefit if the region of the account has to match the region of the key, what difference does the VPN make? Just don't understand AT ALL and all customer service did was blame me for ordering a key from a different region than my account when that was the whole point!
