Awful experience with them. Do not buy with them. I bought a key for Alan Wake 2 over a month ago. Had wishy washy replies, provided screenshots showing proof that the key was not working. They told me this was due to a technical glitch on their end. They dragged it out for over a month, they finally advised they'd refund me if my returned key was resold, which it was, and they finally refunded me store credit to rub salt in the wounds. Bought 3 games with the store credit, one of the games was the older edition of the same game. I did not really care as the game was only £2. Rather just cut ties with them. Do NOT waste your time buying with this company and do not trust them due to the high amount of positive reviews on these review sites. They are not worth the hassle. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
