I am still trying to actually get what I paid for, IE office professional plus after several weeks of trying.
CJS support keep sending the same link that hasn't worked any of the previous times I've entered it (I get a pop up that says it is not a verified microsoft app) and now their latest suggestion is to "change the settings on your computer". I did ask which ones I should change, to which they replied "the ones that stop it working"!
