I got the key eventually which was a relief. But I ordered the key at 1603 the previous day and didn't receive the key until 730 the morning after. I was told it could take up to 2-3 hours to receive the key. I think more reassurance and getting better at managing expectations would help improve the trust of this company, as I was seriously thinking 'maybe I've been scammed' after the 2-3 hours passed by. I was not scammed however, and was happy to find a rare item I'd been searching for for some time.
