Bought a key for an Xbox game. The key didn't generate. Waiting 48 hours, and still key wouldn't generate. Contacted support, who have instructions and asked for further information. Gave them the information, and haven't heard anything back. Tried to cancel the order, only to be told I couldn't because of the order being delivered.
The code was never delivered, nor do I have access to my content. Absolute shocking service. BEWARE! DO NOT USE!
Going to raise a dispute through PayPal.
