I ordered Zelda breath of the Wild yesterday, after 20 hours I still don't have my key because it says This CD Key is currently Processing / is a Pre-order for a game that has not been released yet. I wrote to support yesterday and received an answer with ''Switch Key" was approved and the key was collected. After that I sent a screenshot to prove that I didn't pick up a key, since then there has still been no answer
