Useless support team. I bought a product, couldn't access the key, won't through the support system and they replied immediately with a very generic answer, when I replied again asking for further help they didn't reply, 8 hours later I messaged again, the next day I messaged again, 3 days later I still haven't heard a think but have been asked to give a review of my purchase.
Usually reliable, but not this time.
