Bought a 12 months YouTube premium account 2 days ago and still not received the key, I just keep getting 'not delivered try again later'. Lodged 2 tickets and had a reply from Cecil who said a human will be in contact. 2 days a nothing - took the money easy enough but not easy to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE
