Received order without they key. Talked to support where after getting a bot reply, I was ghosted for over 3 days! I then get an email back which says: "We are aware of your issue". All I want is for the money back or the game key I bought but apparently support finds this to troubling. I sent over 10 emails to support but nothing in response. You may as well buy a key from somewhere that has some level of support
