Ordered a one month adobe creative cloud key. Key was invalid, opened a support case in minutes had 2 responses from support in 24 hours asking for the same information, providing steps how to claim yet all along screenshots of the redemption have been shared stating the code is invalid. Prehaps their support team should read support cases before repeating themselves. 24 hrs later still not resolved, paypal dispute opened.
