Paid for a suspiciously cheap PS subscription (12 months). Email and password were instantly provided to log in. Neither recognised by PlayStation. Emailed the company, reply within a few hours, given some basic advice to reset. Didn’t work. Company then stopped replying. After 3 days logged a PayPal complaint and had a reply in an hour. Still wasn’t resolved so eventually had a full refund.
