I purchased a Steam key two days ago, but it turned out to already be in use. Luckily, I only spent around 12 euros, as I was planning to buy more. I reported the issue to their support team and am still waiting for a response. However, instead of addressing my concern, I received an email asking me to leave a review, so ... here it is.
