I purchased an Xbox account as a Christmas gift for my son, but it turned into a nightmare: the account was already blocked when I received it. It was really hard to explain to my child that Santa Claus had brought him a ‘blocked’ account.
I immediately reported the issue to their support team and provided all the requested evidence, including photos. Unfortunately, their responses were very slow, taking 3 to 4 days each time. After 14 days of waiting without a solution, I asked for a refund. Their answer? Denied. They claimed I was the one who blocked the account — a completely false accusation.
I carefully followed all their instructions, and I’ve purchased similar subscriptions from them before without any issues. There was no mistake on my part. They simply sold me a pre-blocked account.
I will never buy from them again.
