Bought Tekken 8. Whenever I try and collect my product key from autokey I get the following error message
"Your Products for Order 3925328 ...
Sorry, but our anti-fraud systems say that this paypal transaction is CAPTURED, so we are unable to allow the collection of this order at this time."
This is gone on for 3 days now. After contacting support they claim it has cleared, and have double checked. It has not. When I reach out to support again they claim I have collected my key.
I've collected nothing. The same error message persists.
