I ordered a Product Key for Windows 10 Home edition. Upon downloading and installing Windows 10 Home from the link they supplied, the Product Key did not work. Microsoft reported that it was already registered with another device. I contacted CJS CD keys uploading a screenshot of the error, and requested a working replacement. They ignored my request and my copy of Windows 10 remains unactivated.
