Purchased a game and once I redeem the key I realized it was the wrong game. I reached out to support and provided photos where the listing matched the photo, name, and description of the game I wanted but was given a different game. They refused to refund me or try to make anything right, as well as not admitting that their listing was incorrect. Terrible support and just bad business practices.
