It's a strange system, mostly it works but sometimes you get the status of Pending and the message [Order Status Pending means that we require anti-fraud documentation from you... PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL for further instructions.]
There is no message in the email for this (The email address is correct and working) and no work around offered.
It one reports this then a refund is issued.
