I recently purchased a year of Xbox Live Ultimate, but things have taken a turn for the worse. I followed all the instructions, but the VPN code I received was an India code. As a result, I only got 11 months of service out of the year. The customer service has been absolutely terrible, and I’ve been stuck in a never-ending cycle of back-and-forth for almost a month without any resolution in sight. I’m starting to think twice about buying any more VPN codes, especially since Microsoft is reportedly planning to permanently ban users who activate with VPNs.
