I have purchased from CJS CD Keys 3x now and it was seamless once but this time and one other time it was painful. This time being the most painful due to their support staff taking way too long to respond to my email it's approaching 4hrs now and still no response and time is of the essence for me at this point. Neither of the 2 installation files provided are working, so I cannot install the application. The delay is costing me.
