I placed my order for Office Pro Plus 2024 on 29 Apr at 10:56 AM. After discovering the software wouldn't install correctly on my PC, I tried to call them on their "customer service" line. The call immediately went to voice mail indicating no agents were available. I called six more times that day and got the same recording. I have tried multiple times every day since and receive the same recording. I left my name, email & phone number on the first attempt. I have received no response. At 12:12 PM on 29 Apr, I sent "customer service" an email requesting a refund. I received a reply indicating my request had been forwarded to another department for them to process my refund. Today is 1 May/11:36 AM. I have received absolutely no communication from CJS. I was apprehensive about ordering this software and it appears my misgivings were well founded. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
