Honestly, the worst company I've ever dealt with! Bought a 12-month Xbox Ultimate Game Pass, followed all instructions, waited 15 minutes between codes, and only got 9 months! Messaged them countless times, each rep acts like they're reading my messages for the first time, repeating the same unhelpful stuff. Two-day response times are ridiculous!
