I'd give less stars but I can't. The Office key they sold me doesn't work. I did all of the silly things asked, including downloading their version of Microsoft Office, but it was all nonsense. I think they do that to try to wear people down until they decide it's not worth the hassle. Well, it is to me, and I want a refund and quickly.
